Playlists (Xtream + M3U)
Whatever your provider sent you, paste it into one field. The app figures out the rest.
Sign in
The login screen has one Server URL field plus optional Username / Password. How you fill it in depends on what your provider gave you.
Xtream Codes
If your provider sent you a host, a port, a username, and a password, fill in:
- Server URL: your provider’s host, plus the port if they gave you one. For example
example-iptv.tv:8080orhttp://example-iptv.tv - Username and Password: exactly as your provider sent them.
M3U / M3U8 URL
If your provider only gave you a single playlist URL (anything ending in .m3u or .m3u8, or a get.php?... link), paste the whole URL into Server URL and leave Username and Password blank. The app detects the M3U format and switches modes.
A bare direct stream link works too: paste a single .m3u8 URL that isn’t a playlist, just the stream itself, and the app adds it as a playlist with that one playable channel.
Playlist file from your device
Got a .m3u file instead of a URL? Use Choose file… on the login screen to load it straight from your device. The playlist is stored locally, so it keeps working with no server involved.
EPG sources
The login screen’s advanced options let you attach one or more EPG URLs to a playlist (merged in order, with a Test sources button), disable the provider’s own EPG, and add backup domains (mirrors) for Xtream accounts - if the main server stops responding, the app fails over to the next mirror automatically.
Multiple playlists
You can add as many Xtream accounts and M3U URLs as you want. Open Settings > Playlists to add, rename, or remove them. Switch the active one from the sidebar.
Favorites, watchlist, recents, and watch progress are tracked per playlist so different accounts stay separate. Favorites, Watchlist, and Continue watching also offer a combined view across all your playlists.
Custom playlists
You can also build a channel list of your own: open Settings > Playlists > New custom playlist and pull channels in from any of your existing playlists, or grab a stream straight from a web page with Add from website. See Custom playlists for the full guide.
Hide unwanted categories
Many providers ship hundreds of categories you don’t want to see (“Adult”, regional channels, dead links). Open Settings > Library > Categories (or the filter button on Live TV / Movies / Series) to toggle which ones show up. Hidden categories stay hidden across restarts and are remembered per playlist.
Check on a playlist’s health
Settings > Playlists > Active playlist health shows your account status (active / expired), the expiry date, how many connections you’re using out of your provider’s allowance, and when each catalog (live / movies / series / EPG) last loaded successfully. It’s the first place to look when something stops loading.
EPG looks shifted
If the EPG (now / next, full schedule) looks off by a few hours, your provider is sending timestamps in their own timezone rather than UTC. Open Settings > Watching > EPG time zone and adjust Offset for active playlist. The full schedule is on the EPG page in the sidebar.
Backup and restore
Settings > Data > Backup exports a single JSON file containing your playlists, preferences, and app settings. Import it on another device to bring everything across.
Export a playlist
Every playlist row in Settings > Playlists has an Export M3U action that writes a standard .m3u file you can use in other apps.
